‘Paper Lane’ is about a streetwise teen called Justin Hustlin (age 15) growing up in an inner city environment who wants to be an entrepreneur. The cartoon follows Justin and his team of close friends on their everyday paper chasing adventures.

What we require is one, or possibly two talented London-based actors for the following roles:

Justin – 15, youthful upbeat London based slightly cockney street kid. very energetic, full of energy and has really big dreams …a natural hustler!
Elliot (Justin’s best mate) also 15, preppy/geek private school sounding kid. very well spoken, the complete opposite to Justin.

SYNOPSIS:

Justin dreams of fame and fortune in the manner of Richard Branson, a talking poster of whom adorns his wardrobe door. Justin’s best mate Elliot, invents weird and wonderful products for Justin to promote. The latest is a skateboard that converts into a rucksack.

An aspirational cartoon suitable for all the family and resisting the usual clichés surrounding young urban teens, ‘Paper Lane’ seeks to amuse its audience and also promote justinhustlin.com. If it’s a hit then there is scope for future production.
